Exhibitors Rules

1. Each exhibitor must have a separate number.

2. An exhibitor may enter one exhibit only in each class.

3. Each entry is judged individually.

4. All exhibits must be grown or made by the exhibitor. In the Flower Arrangements section, bought flowers may be used.

5. Registration of exhibits for competition judging starts at 8:30am. All exhibits must be staged by 10:00am on show day. The competition tent will then be closed between 10:00am - 12:00pm for judging.

6. Competitions are open to amateurs only.

7. All exhibit entries are free of charge. Items not donated to the auction must be collected between 3:40pm and 3:55pm.

8. The committee reserves the right to refuse an exhibit and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to exhibits.

9. All trophies are held for one year only and must be returned by the next show day. Winners of the trophies must provide contact details before leaving the show ground.

10. Age, where specified, is at the date of the show.

11. Previous exhibits in Cilcain Show are ineligible.

12. Admission to the show-ground, car park and participation in events is at your own risk.

When registering exhibits with the competition stewards, please inform them that you are one of a household from the parishes of Cilcain, Nannerch or Rhydymwyn wishing to compete for the Challenge Cup, an overall award for the family with most points.
